Redesign The High Museum of Art Atlanta's digital presence. Create a website, mobile site, app, and microsite.
The redesign was inspired by The High Museum's modernist architecture with clean, typographically-driven layouts and minimal color. Part of the brand platform was to integrate The High's various social media platforms into one convenient location. The "Social Stream" page is a unique feature that is available at all times through a slider window at the bottom of the screen. This allows users to quickly and easily see what's happening at The High at any given moment.
The app is a selection of three fun art-related games suitable for all ages. The kid's game Where's Warhol? gives young kids a fun way to pass the time on a museum trip with their parents. The student game is a scavenger hunt where individuals and groups can locate items from a list during their museum trip. The adult game is a quiz that allows users to test their art skills and compete against friends.
The microsite is a short advertisement for the app that gives users a sample of what the app can do. The site shows how the Where's Warhol? game works by giving users the opportunity to control a virtual iPhone with their computer arrows and search for Warhol on the grounds of The High.
